Ready to order your Rocketbook? Here’s the scoop on shipping and returns. 

SHIPPING

*Please note that due to high order volume during the holiday season, orders may take an additional 2-3 days to process. For any urgent orders, please be sure to select an Expedited or Overnight shipping method.

Rocketbook products purchased from GetRocketbook.com can currently only be shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

International customers: Shop for Rocketbook products on your local Amazon store.

Shipping services vary by location and will be shown upon checkout.

U.S. orders $45+ (after any promos or credits) include free economy shipping (8-12 business days). We also offer expedited shipping and next-day delivery (order must be placed by 11:30 a.m. ET).

Orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days. We don’t process orders on weekends or recognized holidays. All arrival times are estimates and are subject to change. Track your order here.

RETURNS

Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. That’s why we provide free returns on products within 30 days of purchase. Returns may require a restocking fee at our discretion. Returns are processed within one business day from the date the return is received. To begin a return, visit our returns page. 

Products that have been damaged through standard use or regular wear and tear are not eligible to be returned or replaced. If a product is defective or damaged in shipment, we may provide a replacement as determined on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at hello@getrocketbook.com to inquire further.

Please note that items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.
