The metal loops that hold the Page Packs together are held snugly in place by magnets embedded in the Orbit’s backing. They are easy to pull out and swap packs, but strong enough to keep your pages safely secured. (Orbit pad not included. Pilot FriXion Pen and microfiber towel not included)
When you write using any pen from the Pilot Frixion line, your writing sticks to Core pages like regular paper. But add a drop of water… and the notebook erases. Orbit pad sold separately.

"I use this thing constantly. I like the clipboard because I can just carry it around everywhere but I think the notebook would have worked just as well too. I use it for just about everything. Part of our house is currently under construction and I use it to keep our projects on track. I purchased some fine tip markers and I can use those if I need to sketch anything - warning with those: they rub off really easily so I only use them when I just need something temporarily. I purchased these for my mom as well, she's in real estate, and she took them off the ring and uses one page as a "cover page" for each file. She can do anything she needs on it (handwriting stuff is just sometimes easier) and then she can snap a picture of it and boom - it's now filed with her e-docs and she can wipe it clean when the contract is completed."

"I have been using my Orbit everyday since receiving it from the kickstarter campaign. I even got the folio for carrying it on business trips. I take meeting notes, track drawings that I do for work and log updates. I keep a few pages of each for quick reference and then upload them as I progress into newer items. I have accidentally ripped a couple pages out and a couple I have written and erased so much that the pens don't work as well, so I bought extra pages. Still love not going through pads of paper each month."
