2022 was so last year. Literally.
If you’re searching for the best gift for everyone on your holiday shopping list, we’ve got the answer. (Spoiler alert: it’s a Rocketbook notebook).
Last year, we put forth our 3 best reasons to gift a Rocketbook notebook. 365 days later and those reasons aren’t so relevant, so we decided to make an update. We’ll explain the features your gift receiver will love and explain why Rocketbook notebooks are universally lauded gifts, especially during the holiday season.
Enjoy our new and improved, fully updated, 2023-tested list of reasons to gift a Rocketbook notebook this holiday season. Here’s the old and outdated, no longer relevant reasons we gave last year:
- It’s a Futuristic Gift for Every Situation
- Eco-Friendly Notebooks Save Trees
- New Tech = Endless Exploration
1. It’s a Futuristic Gift For (Almost) Every Situation
Last year, it was clear that Rocketbook notebooks were the perfect gift for any situation. No matter who the person you were gifting is, we had a notebook for them.
This year, that reason doesn’t apply because there are some situations where our notebooks won’t help you. If your ideal scenario is walking into a boardroom looking super unprofessional, the Rocketbook Pro is not for you. If the situation you’re dreaming of is to be disorganized and not have your hand-written plans digitally organized, stay away from the Rocketbook Panda Planner or Fusion.
Furthermore, there’s plenty of great gifts out there that will kill your creative fire, but the Mini and Flip are just too useful for sketching new ideas that we can’t in good faith recommend them. The bottom line is if you’re looking for a gift that doesn’t enhance your note-taking experience, we’re sorry to say: look elsewhere.
So this year, our reason #1 has to be modified a bit: It’s a futuristic gift for (almost) every situation.
2. Eco-Friendly Notebooks Save Trees
Last year, it was clear that Rocketbook notebooks helped reduce paper waste by offering reusable note-taking options.
This year, that reason doesn’t apply because our Cloud Cards and Planners also save trees. It’s inaccurate to only say our notebooks help the environment now that we’ve added reusable index cards and a reusable planner to the mix. And we wouldn’t want to lie to you.
Our pages, calendars, and index cards can be erased with a wet cloth, which means your giftee won’t ever have to purchase a notebook again! This not only saves them money, but also saves tons of trees. In a way you’re giving them two gifts: an awesome note-taking tool and the awesome feeling of helping the environment.
So this year, our reason #2 has to be modified a bit: eco-friendly notebooks (and planners and cloud cards) save trees.
3. New Tech = Endless Exploration
Last year, it was clear that Rocketbook offered the chance to try new technology and explore how it works — which everyone loves.
This year, that reason doesn’t apply because our app has been updated with even newer tech.
Rocketbook Cloud allows you to save your scans locally in the app. Or use Rocketbook AI to enhance your notes and help you get the best out of your handwriting.
Here’s the full list of newer app features that came this year:
- Transcription for 2 new destinations, Asana and Todoist
- Rocketbook Cloud
- Rocketbook AI
So this year, our reason #3 has to be modified a bit: new(er) tech = endless exploration.
We know what you’re thinking “Wait, last year’s reasons to gift a Rocketbook are still relevant. In fact, they’re even more true this year!”. Okay, you caught us. Our notebooks still make a great gift for their versatility, eco-friendliness, and innovative technology.
We’ll see you here back next year for our 3 reasons to gift a Rocketbook notebook in 2024. Happy Holidays!

I gifted 4 rocketbooks for Christmas this year. Love them and would love to be considered for 4 minis to gift as well.
So many others received them free for reviews, and i not only sent good reviews on Amazon, Facebook and Twitter along with creating and sharing new templates it would be nice to have received a couple of the minis or maybe even a couple of the fusions for our nonprofit.
Lyme Disease Coalition Inc.
Thanks for considering a small donation as gifts to our best volunteers!
